What is the ideal diet for PE. Is there any minimum protien requirement and what specifically are the most important food constituants for recovery and growth.
Should I be taking any additional supplements.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)
