Harder erections

I just started PE a few days ago.
I’m just doing some Jelqing & Stretches at the moment.

I hear that once getting into the routine of Jelqing, you get harder erections and seem larger w/o actually gaining any size. My question is what else can I do to simply make my erections much harder and fuller, because I was taking a Arimidex that completely killed my libido and it’s been a little over a month since I quit taking it.but I’ve noticed my erections are NOT consistently as hard and full as they were before and it’s driving me crazy! And my erections die quick quite often.like if I were messing around w/ my girlfriend and we quit for a couple of minutes my erection would be gone.

Any help would be great guys!

Sorry soal, But doing a search on Arimidex I see it is a drug used in breast cancer for females mainly. Can you tell us for what purpose you were taking it. Obviously it is an inhibiter of some sort. And it would seem you have somehow inhibited your erections. A little more information is necesssary to try and give help here.

I take that back - it’s not an Arimidex but instead a Femara.

It’s used to fight certain symptoms such as gyno. I’m a distant runner and got into weight lifting for a while pretty hard and took some pro-hormone testosterone (which was legal when I purchased it, now it’s illegal.stupid I know). It was over a year ago when I took it and for some reason a few months back I had signs of gyno, just the sharp pains in my nipples, not really any puffy nipples. So I took this Femara known as Letro because it’s supposed to get rid of minor cases immediately. Worked GREAT, but left the manhood a bit WEAK haha. Honestly the symptoms are just about gone. I don’t really have many problems “getting it up”.

MAINLY what I’m interested in are exercises and products that make erections harder in general.but in a really HEALTHY manner. Just overall a healthy, strong penis I suppose haha.

Could be that your estrogen dropped a lot because of the Femara. Now it’s bouncing back?

It is bouncing back pretty well. I haven’t had any performance problems, I always rise to the occasion, just sometimes not as hard as I would hope ya’know? I’m pretty aware of what the Femara is capable of and the side-effects, I was more interested in just the type of PE exercises that promote harder & stronger erections is my main question.

Check out this book then by a urologist. Exercises, nutrition, and supplemation to increase erection strength

I skimmed it (pretty thourougly) at the bookstore and it looked pretty good. Seems sound scientifically, I will probably get it for myself.

As to the PE exercises, jelqs seemed to have improved circulation down there for me.

I am also supplementing with AAKG, which promotes blood vessel health and nitric oxide production — seems to have helped out too. If I remember right that is one of the supplements Lamm recommends. Opens your blood vessels up and the NO helps make the erections stronger. Here is what I get:

If you are a weightlifter you have probably read about those NO supplements that promise to increase vascularity and sustain your muscle pump. AAKG is the main ingredient in those. This powder form is way cheaper than any of those.

I agree that your estrogen and testosterone levels have likely been bouncing around due to your supplementation. Have you gotten your hormone levels tested recently?

I’ve been PE’ing for like 6 days, and have only did it every other day to just start things off safe and slow and I have noticed a difference w/ the circulation.

Yeah I’m a familiar with the NO supplements - I’m not too big into weightlifting anymore though. I was a dedicated distant runner and had a bad hip injury that left me unable to consistently run from about the age 17 until now (I’m 20), so I just started getting into weightlifting pretty hard. But now I’m back into running a ton.

I did one day of the regular thunder’s newbie and it was way too much for me.

So I started something lighter, similar to what is in that thread, and had some good results with it.

Some guys respond really well to a “less is more” approach to PE.

Take 120 mlg. of Ginkgo Bilobao 3 hours before you want to get hard.
