Hanging=streching downwards with an extender

I have a simple question which is basically the name of the thread. Is hanging and using a penis extender downwards basically the same ?

In a short answer no not really. In the beginning you hang at low weight or force but as you go on you hang heavier or more force.

I can say the same for the extender , I can add tension(force) pointing it downwards. I don’t understand why they are different

Well for one the amount of force on an extender isnt going to equal that of what can be hung from certain hangers. Also depending on the hanger, your pulling on the internals rather then pulling from the head as with all extenders. So they are similar but not the same

No problem. I should add I’ve done both and both have pros and cons. I’ve also used an ADS after hanging.

I used an extender for a year and I hited a plateau after gaining 1 inch only using an extender. I might try using a hanger or add some manual exercisers. If you have the time it would be nice to hear the pros and cons and what worked for you best.

Those are great gains!
The pros to extending I found were
Fairly simple to use
Most are concealable
Inexpensive
Data has shown they work
Can be worn for many hours a day with breaks in between
Not much need for privacy
Can incorporate girth routine
Can build your own

Cons for extending I found
Not always easy to get on I felt I needed a third hand
Most are noose style
Pinching
Fluid build up
You need about 1000 hours for gains
Some say even after 1000 hours they saw no gains

Hanging pros I found
More controlled as to how much weight or force your applying
Some seem to gain hanging only 10 hours a week
I found about 1/8 inch gain in just 6 to 8 weeks
Some report girth gains
My preferred hanger gripped the whole penis rather then just the head
Many different angles can be applied after a plateau
Can build your own for not much money

Hanging cons I found
Can be expensive depending on the hanger
Extremely boring
Huge learning curve
Also felt at times a third hand was needed
Taking the hanger on and off every 20 mins
Most vet hangers say it took 12-15 pounds before they saw a big jump in gains
Your basically tied down the whole time
Privacy
For the first week you may see decreased EQ
Wrapping
10 hours per week is actually about 15 hours with breaks, wrapping, heating
Higher chance for injury
Should stay away from girth heavy routines during hanging

Those are some of the things I noticed with these two methods of PE I’m sure I missed some things. The last time I did a hanging routine I incorporated clamping and on certain days pumping. I eventually couldn’t take the mind numbing boredom but I made gains in as little as 6-8 weeks. I’m strongly considering hanging one hour a day again along with my regular routine. I just don’t see me doing 6-8 sets a day like in the past. If you choose to hang try to make one yourself before investing money in one, this way you can see if it’s something you are going to stick with. Good luck

Extenders stretch the shaft of the penis where hanging straight down or BTC if focused on stretching the ligs.

Very different, once you get past the lig stretching and go to higher angles then you are more similar to the stretcher and back to working on more of the shaft.

That summary is spot on.

I’ve found downward stretching with a hanger-like grip creates stress in the same places a hanger would (go figure) so maybe it could be done with an extender as well. The attachment point would be the main difference, but I have little to no experience extending.

BD you’re right about gripping it like a hanger would and getting the same feel, the problem is my hand eventually gives out.

No I mean there is an actually learning curve. Like it takes time to get it all right, between heating, wrapping and applying the hanger. It takes time getting know what your doing. Maybe not for everyone but for most of us it takes getting used to.

Guys I attach my picture of hanging look carefull and see the things am using to hang its kind of painful and uncomfortable but its for the meanwhile before I get to know hown to get the required tools here in qatar.. Your views and thoughts are anticipated and appreciated.. Today is my 3 day into hanging
