Had to change my routine for the worse?

Hello everybody
Since my living situation changed, I had to change my routine as well. I used to do a little stretching (about 20mins) and jelqing (30-50mins) about 3-5 times a week. Now that I moved I started hanging straight down as well. I can do about 2 sets per week. I started with 2 pounds and now I am at 14 pounds (took me about 1/2 year). Since about 2 months I can not see anymore progressions in length.
I started at 15cm and I am at 17.5cm now. Also after hanging I clamp 2-3 sets 10mins each.
What do you think could be the reason?
- Are 2 sets not enough and instead of stretching the penis I toughen it?
- Is the clamping the problem?
- Is the weight too big?

Any help is highly appreciated.

I seriously doubt 1-3 sets per week can do much for length (although could increase girth, if done with a serious weight). That’s not how hanging works, hanging is not weight lifting. Clamping can halt length gains for some people also. It is my personal opinion (and experience) that there is somewhat a trade-off between length and girth gains, so mixing the two is not the best way to see gains.

I feel the same with the trade-off thing. I guess, I stop clamping for a while and do only hanging and then I’ll see how it changes. I got a lot of base girth. I think it’s mainly from hanging with heavier weights. And somehow I had the feeling the this big base girth (it’s about 6.3 inches, I started at about 5.5 inches) was hindering my length gains.

What do you recommend now? Keep on hanging with the same weights or start all over with 2pounds? What would make more sense?

I’m no expert on hanging but 2 pounds is a far cry from 14 pounds!

Yes it is. I started with 2 pounds and remember that it quickly didn’t give me the stretch I wanted anymore. So I added more and more. I kept the same weight for about 6 weeks before adding more. I just don’t know if it would make sense to lower the weight gradually or to start with 2 or 4 or whatever pound again.
