I now have all the time in the world... time for a change of routine.
Well, due to a recent change in circumstances I no longer have a job. This is fine with me. I hated my job anyway, and at 20 years old I guess there’s plenty of time to get a new one in the future. But right now I want to enjoy some time off, and to me that means delving into the world of self improvement.
Now in regard to PE I have been rather inconsistent for the past couple of years, so inconsistent that for the past couple of weeks I’ve been easing back into the flow of it as a “newbie” should. As all of my friends have jobs and I have no girlfriend, I have a golden opportunity for at least a few months where I can do PE at any time of the day, for however long I want.
My goal isn’t particularly insane; just slightly over an inch of length and 1 1/2 inches of girth. I guess the girth will be the hardest part.
What I am asking for from you guys is some advice, and some routine suggestions. Remember that there are NO limits here. I will literally have pretty much all day free every day for several months. Until a couple of weeks ago, I made excuses for not doing PE. Now I have NO excuse.
What kind of routine should I start to make the most of this time off that I have?
PE SMART - Quality is infinitely better than quantity. Monitor your progress. Make changes accordingly.
