i’m 6 3/4 length which i think isn’t bad but i’m 4.2 in girth so i wanna focus on getting read of the pencil and start getting a normal size girth. So what workouts should i do as a beginner to focus on increasing girth only i’ll worry about more length later?

I recommend just doing dry jelqs and wet jelqs for now. In a month or two then you can try holds and other exercises.
