Girth turns to length

Does anyone else experience slight girth gains, only to see them go back into length?

I am curious for those who stopped the length gains all together, what did you for girth? what if you were not trying to get anything else in length, is there anything you did to really focus on girth? my penis isn’t listening.

by the way I have cut down on all my lig work, and use only an ads to keep my length gains, I have been using stock bands, and some clamping as well as squeezes, and jelqs for girth, so my routine has been pretty much 75% girth/25% length, should I shift it to more like 90/10

I would think you are going the right way to injure yourself.

You are doing advanced exercises, before you have really got to terms with the basics of PE.
We can’t really help you out as you are doing such a bewildering array of exercises.

You would do better to ease back on the variety and stick to the basics. and get some gains from that before moving on . The basic exercises will help to point you to what is best for you.

I have been PEing for 4.5 months, (3 months is what many recommend before clamping) This “bewildering aray of exercises” has got me 0.6 inches in length gains in 4.5 months, that is probably faster than at least 3/4 of people on this site, I have never injured myself (knock on wood) and I always look for EQ, so please instead of insulting my methods, please tell give me suggestions to improve the foundation of my workout.

I mean i always look for PI’s and my workout is not nearly as intense as what others claim.

I simply asked him for advice because I did not feel his first answer pertained to me, and I told him my situation. The frequency of my posts are helpful to this website, People can learn from alot of my posts, and i think a fair amount of members have learned and entertained what I have to say. Also many of my posts are unique, and I almost always research the subject before I post, if you have a promblem with how often I post please send me a PM, thanks.

Girth is my highest rated priority. That being said, I devoted a little logic to my inquiry. Someone criticize this if I am off-base (seriously). We are at about the same point in out PE career; let me tell what little I know.

I began with the newbie-routine for the recommended time-frame, then extended those workouts. This brings me to focusing on girth: my pump. I bought a 7.5” x 2” pump. When pressure is applied, most of it pulls for girth. This seemingly works for me. I perform length exercises, but alas no length gains.

I used it one per week for a 10 minute session (4-5” Hg) at the conclusion of the newbie workout. I have since increased to twice per week. Last measurement, I was +3/8” girth.

I am not certain if this directly answers your question exactly, but I hope it helps. You may consider evaluating your potential through the lenses of TGC theory. I read up on it briefly, but have not had the time to evaluate the merits of the theory thoroughly.

Oh sure, people here is learning a lot from your posts.

And no, I don’t have a ‘promblem’ (use the spell checker, please) : if you ask around and someone replies to you, you have to be kind and thankful, or noone will answer to your questions anymore, a way or another.

And if you are rude publicly with a member, I call on you publicly.

I apologize for the spelling errors, it’s a lack of attention to detail on my part, but you making fun of my spelling doesn’t help your argument, it’s just you going off topic. However, I don’t wish to start an argument I really appreciate the opportunity to be a member on this site, and I am thankful for anyone who has ever answered my questions on here. I would not have gains if it were not for the helpful members on thunders.
