Hey all

I’ve been performing jelq the following way:

5 mins stretching (hard ones)
10 mins jelqing (4 secs per stroke)
5 more minutes stretching (even harder ones, but not beyond the limits)

Obs: no warm ups, using baby oil as lub

I feel it “huge” after the work out, but gets back to the “original size” after 30mins or so

Any chance of gains practicing like that? How long for gains? (If there’s any chance by working out my unit like that, ofc)

How men respond to routines seems to vary a lot, and we have had members who have responded well to pretty minimal routines. The most important things to remember are to be patient, and remember that PE takes time. It may take a month or two to see gains. If you don’t see gains in that time, you might want to increase your routine by just a little. And remember to monitor your PIs and EQ:

Some 30 days or more and I’ll be posting my gains comparing to the stationary condition before the PE routine.

I feel some gains already .indeed, but let’s check out the result after the full pack of training.
