What are the safest exercises for girth gains? Clamping and jelqing scare me. I’m just wondering if pumping is really the only other option?

Yes, pumping will help. You just need to do it carefully and you’ll be fine.

Pumping has worked well over the years for me. Currently I’m just pretty much extending because I was bruising from pumping, so I’m letting myself heal. I’d say most of my girth gains was from pumping.

How long did you pump gains rage and what was your routine

I have been pumping for like a week, 3x10min sessions so far
Usually I’m mseg 5.25-5.31 but after a 10 min session at 5 pressure I’m 5.5 mseg
(Cockring must be applied before exiting the tube)
If this translates into gains then I’ll be very happy
Other than that I use an extender (which should also increase girth technically) for 5-9hrs per day with progressive rod/length increase

I think jelqing is a must but omg is it time consuming:(

I haven’t gained any girth from just stretching most days and doing pumping a few days a week. I’ve gained decent length though. I wish there were other safer exercises that focused on girth

I was pumping for 25-30 min daily. I was taking some supplements which I believe led to the bruising. I have pumped for years, and the bruising came out of no where. Since I stopped the supplements the bruising is gone. I now pump 25 minutes at 5-6hg after extending (usually about 4 hours on weekdays and 8 hours on saturday.

Consider edging while wearing an elastic cock ring as a substitute for plastic clamp. Once you are comfortable you may try some Uli’s while in the cock ring etc. If you do eventually try clamping try leaving the clamp fairly loose, pressing it down as far as possible to the pubic bone while edging with the other hand. Hanging usually results in increased base girth. Do the above for 15-20 minutes then pump at 5 in Hg or less building up to 20 minutes in the pump, alternate between the pump and CR edging a few times and enjoy!

That seems pretty on laintliein. Alternate between and keep an I on EQ. I also at bundled stretching in. 😉
