What girth exercises can I do to focus on the base of my penis? I actually want to increase the girth of all of my penis, of course, but my base specifically is really skinny. Its about 3 inches, as opposed to the middle of my shaft which is around 4 inches. I hate how loose condoms are on me, I would really like some help with this.

Start here Important Newbie Threads/Info. Pick one of the of the routines listed and stick with it until gains stop. That said, a lot of people gain base girth with hanging.So that would probably make good reading while you are doing the newbie or linear newbie routine.

Welcome to TP! I can recommend you the Newbie Routine, especially the stretching part of it.

I did nothing girth specific until now, just jelqs and stretches. My mid-shaft has increased by 5.7% after 4 months, but my base girth has increased by 10.7%.

Ligament stretching seems to have the beneficial side-effect of increasing your base girth. So go for it, with ease and patience and not overdoing it. And apply sufficient heat, that avoids injuries!
