Girth Exercises and Growth Potential
I’ve been PEing seriously for over 2 months and in the last couple weeks, I’ve integrated some girth exercises. Specifically I’ve been doing Jelq Squeezes and my own version of clamping in which I use my hand as a tourniquet and repeatedly kegel in blood and then hold it in for 1 minute. I do about 10 of these worked in with some jelq squeezes and my regular wet jelqing. I do this for about 20 minutes total in addition to 5 minutes of stretching. Currently, my EG (midshaft) is 4 3/4”. When I do my version of clamping, I’ve measured an EG of about 5 1/8”. Is this indicative of a size that I could or will reach?
Oh yeah, at the end of my session I used to finish off with an orgasm, but for the past 3 weeks, I’ve just finished with some edging and I don’t cum. This has made a dramatic difference in my control and I’m starting to be able to last as long as I want during sex. It seems like I’m becoming able to disconnect the idea of orgasm from sex. Does anyone else feel this way, or have you had success with control by not cumming at the end of your PE session?
