girth all day exercises?
guys, I am after girth I’m looking for atleast another 1/2” and an inch would be just fine.
what are the absolute best girth only exercises and are there and passive all day girth exercises that work?
one more about the soreness after pe (forgive me if this is answered elsewhere, I have read several hundred threads and not seen it addreesed)
what should I feel as far as pain
-mild discomfort like after a hard weight session
-nothin at all
-mild pain like almost an ache in the penis
I feel the 3rd option there,almost like a pain in the cienter of my unit, not an intense pain,but definetly a dull ache
I don’t think I am going at it to hard, i just jelq about 20 min with moderate to tight ok,do some uli’s and one or too moderate pan squeezes , but seriously I’m not overly rough with the pressure during any of these (last thing I wanna do is mess up my unit)
