I have been reading up on the information on this forum, and I just need to come up with a routine that will help me reach my goals. I really want to increase my length. I am happy with my girth, I could stand to go bigger on the girth but I would rather increase length mainly. I read over the LOT theory, and my LOT angle is around 8-7 on the LOT clock. What length/girth routines should I consider knowing this information? Any help would be great.
