Hi guys,

I have been reading up on the information on this forum, and I just need to come up with a routine that will help me reach my goals. I really want to increase my length. I am happy with my girth, I could stand to go bigger on the girth but I would rather increase length mainly. I read over the LOT theory, and my LOT angle is around 8-7 on the LOT clock. What length/girth routines should I consider knowing this information? Any help would be great.

Hi acc. My advice is : forget LOT and just do the newbie routine.

What are your starting stats acc?

Starting 10/08 - 7.125" EL x 4.5" MSEG

As of 12/08- 7.5" EL x 4.75" MSEG

As of 1/19/08 - 7.75" bpel(previous 7.5" was due to inaccurate ruler) x 4.875" MSEG

I would start at a low end of the newbie routine focusing on stretching mostly. Remember less is more with us newbies.

I am still a newbie myself and have only been doing PE for 3 months now. I gained 1/4inch BPEL in the first two months of PE.

My routine is 5 days on 2 days off.
I warm up for 5-10 minutes.
9x30 second stretches in different directions.
6x20 second cranks in different directions.
50 x 4 second wet jelqs
5 -10 minute warm down.
kegels throughout the day and use a tlc tugger 16+ hours per day for foreskin restoration.

My stats are as follows

6.75 BPEL
5.24 MSEG

I will start with the newbie routine and see what happens. I am thinking about 3-4 days a week with rest days in between. Sound reasonable?

Usually most people start off with 2 days on, 1 day off consecutively. If you do the newbie routine, you’ll do fine. I have been doing my own version of the newbie routine, and I love it. I personally try and do 3 days on, 1 day off though. Do whatever you can do comfortably, and without injury. And believe me, if you do injure yourself. TAKE THE TIME OFF. A lot of people don’t think they should because they want to jump right back into it… but believe me, you should. It’ll be annoying, but worth it. I was injured, and it kept getting worse because I didn’t stop. So eventually I took about 5 days off, and it healed fully, and then I started back up with it, and haven’t been injured since.

The gist of my advice… READ everything on this forum. lol You’ll learn a TON of information, and before you know it, you’ll be a pro.

Second Attempt:

Starting [July 19th, 2013]: BPEL: 6.00" MSEG: 4.50" BPFL: 4.00" FG: 4.00"

Goal: BPEL: 7.00" MSEG: 5.5" FL: 4.00"

Has any one here used and extender type device to help with length gains? I have tried to do the manual length exercises, but my hands start hurting from the constant holding, which makes it hard to put significant force were it is needed. I even tried the V-stretch with the same out come. Also if some one has any suggestions for which extender brand to buy I am listening, or if there is a link on here for a homemade version it would be helpful.

Well there are lots of ADS out there to choose from.
It’s up to you which one you feel suits your needs .

The cheapest one on the market (which I happen to own) is the Max Extender.
Very bulky and hard to hide the fact your wearing it under clothing. Difficult to wear for more then 2 hours a day.
Very cheap and in my opinion not that great but using it along with the Newbie routine did make a big difference.

Then you have Fast size (more expensive) which is one you can wear under your clothes and up to 12 hours a day, and is meant to be more comfortable then other versions.

Which if you use it as your main form of PE you are looking at 1000-1500 hours worth of use till your first inch.
(On average)
And the Fast size looks like every single other expensive extender, so I assume the same results.
So maybe 10 hours a day for 100 days?

Current Stats: 6.9BPEL/6.4NBPEL 5.5MEG.

Current Goal: 7BPEL/6.5NBPEL 5.75MEG.

I was looking around on the Internet and found an extender. Before I invest a lot of money on it I wanted to know if any one has had significant length gains from using one? I am trying to add about 1.5”-2” in length. The one I had in mind was the X4 lab extender. It looks worth it for the money if they work at all that is. Any feedback would be great.
