Hey everyone, I want to get into PE but I have been getting a full erection really early in to my sessions and have seen the threads warning against this. I have been looking for ways to control my erection levels but haven’t found anything that works. I was thinking about just giving up and trying to train with a bathmate or something as it sounds like having an erection when using one of those isn’t dangerous. Wanted to see some opinions on the matter before I do anything. Thanks all!

Erections…are not bad at all. But it’s tricky to do the Newbie fully erect. It isn’t really dangerous. It’s just hard to be effective fully erect for certain exercises.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6" MSEG as of 12/16/2016 It's a long story...and a few progress pics of me here.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm 7 years in and counting. Put the work in then the gains will come. All you have to do is keep the faith.

Thanks for the quick response thoughtfulgold! Oh really, even at 100%? I guess I was misunderstanding what I was reading. I was hoping I would be able to get better at controlling erections over time with some practice but was hesitant to even continue if I can barely do 5-10 jelqs or any stretches without becoming fully erect. Any suggestions on what I should be doing with an erection so I don’t do some harm? Any feedback is appreciated. Cheers!

You can do squeeze exercises while you’re erect. Then, when you’re flaccid after them you can jelq till you’re hard again. And do that but don’t overdo squeezing or jelqing. Use Advanced Search in the search bar and look up squeezing techniques. I think there’s one in the video archives as well.

It gets easier. During my first pe attempt years ago I had the problem. It was in my teens though where I would get 100% erect from damn near everything. I eventually got used to the exercises and gained more control.


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

You can never have too many erections. Enjoy it while you can do it. When you get older, you prey you can get an erection

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks. Once you get into it, your erections will subside.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Thanks for the response dtwarren1942. I am looking forward to spending some time here and having some progress. I’ll follow your advice and stick to a program. I just want to clarify that a 0% erection would be completely flaccid a 50% would be half mast and 100% is the full hard on? Sorry if this question is answered somewhere but I have been using the search tool and haven’t found a really substantial definition of erection levels and while I assume that the answer is so obvious it doesn’t need to be posted I want to double check to avoid damaging my member.

After a while these erections will start to become less frequent. Keep at it no matter how long your sessions last.
