General question on Jelq

After a month, I seem unable to break through my current dry girth.

Even during a jelq session, I am not getting any expansion past my normal erection girth.

Occasionally 1/8, but that is it.

I have tried applying pressure on top and bottom for width and along the sides for depth.

I have been focusing a bit more on length due to the slow down on girth gains.

What is next??

A month isn’t really a long time in PE. I would suggest you keep at it for at least another 2 months. You might notice amazing results, but only after 3 months, besides, if you try more risky and complex techniques, you might end up injuring yourself and having to take a lot of rest days, in which you wont be gaining at all.

People always say here that PE is not a sprint, it’s a marathon.

Started: BPEL: 13 cm / EG: 10.5 cm // 27-06-07

Now: BPEL: 14.1 cm / EG: 10.7 cm // 18-10-07

Goal: BPEL: 17 cm / EG: 13 cm // Soon ;)

My opinion, if girth is slow, then hammer it. Try mxing up your jelqs; like 5minutes of 80%, then 5 minutes of 55% etc for a total of 20minutes of so. Do this for a couple weeks before going back to your current routine.

Leave Ulis etc out for a while.

Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.

Give it at least another month or two. Don’t expect big gains after only one month. Take it slow, and remember that rest days are as important as PE days.

At the same time, look forward to when you are properly conditioned for Ulis and clamping. I started Ulis after about 3 months or so, and they’re working great.
