Hey guys! First post :)

Anyway, I’ve been doing the stretches and jelqs for about a month now, and have definitely noticed some gains in flaccid length and girth, but not so much in erect length and girth. Is there any exercise that I should be focusing on that will improve this?

Welcome to the forum… Do not try any other exercises yet - you should be pleased to be getting a bigger flacid size for now. You can worry about the erect gains when you are more conditioned. Basically stick to jelqing and manual stretching, maybe if you increase the amount you jelq and try to do 3 days on and 1 day off.

I believe that 3 days on and 1 day off is the best for newbies because the sessions aren’t majorly intense. When you are experienced and do tougher sessions, then you would need more frequent rest days. I hope this helps.

This is what is considered “normal”.

Stick with what you are doing.

That’s funny because I’ve been noticing the same thing about myself. My primary goal with PE at the moment is to fix a slight curvature, but I’m also wanting to gain some girth, as I think the cause of my problem is an “underinflating” CC on one side.

I’ve only been doing exercises for a little over a week (a total of only about 6 sessions). But I couldn’t help but notice that my flaccid size looks bigger, and my erections are noticably stronger. Not that I ever had a problem with getting hard erections, but I swear these suckers I’m getting now are industrial strength! That alone has me psyched to keep at it!

I think the curvature should be your main goal for now, don’t even consider doing anything else or you could end up growing into a bigger curve. Make sure you take a few long rests because the tissue must heal if you are trying to change a curvature.

As of right now I’m jelquing against the curve as my primary thing. I’m also “massaging” my weaker CC before and after jelqing, in hopes of increasing the bloodflow there. I also do some stretching, stretching straight out, and occasionally doing a “triangle stretch” or whatever you call it, pulling against the curve.

(The massaging thing is PEst’s idea…..he said he had a big curve and fixed it, so I think his advice must be valid :) )
