Gains by just pumping?
Hey guys,
I was wondering if you’ve made gains just by pumping.
I’ve only been back PE’ing about 3 months now and have seen some gains so far.
In the recent past weeks I’ve decided to start clamping after pumping in hopes for more girth gains.
I’ve cut down on the jelqing due to discoloration I get every now and then so I only do a few minutes. Before clamping.
