Gaining using only the ULI technique--Anyone

I’m just curious if we have anyone who has made significant gains using primarily the ULI technique (or a close variation). It seems that this method would hold blood better and cause an overall shaft expansion simultaneously, as opposed to working certain areas of the dong. Any thoughts on this? I have 9 weeks of newbie routine under my belt and am starting to add these into the mix.

Be careful with them. 9 weeks is probably enough time, but you still don’t want to overdo it. There are many variations of Uli’s, but overall they work very well IMO. I’m not sure if they would by themselves, since I never tried them by themselves.


How would recommend I phase them in to my routine? Right now I do this routine:


Five 20-second manual stretches upward/outward
20 minutes of dry jelquing (3-5 secs. Each rep)**
5 uli at about 70% hardness

I also try to get in a good stretch at each bathroom break —30 second hold upward.

50-60 “v-jelqs” in the shower followed by more 10 minutes of manual stretching (just like above).

**I do some of my dry jelqs by jelqing the base for 25 reps, then jelq the mid-shaft for 25, switching back and forth.

I have done the ULI squeeze almost from the start of my PE career, I am into my 4th month now. I have gained 3/4” girth and almost 3/4” lenth.

I jelq twice a day-every day-no days off
I only jelq for 10-20 minutes each session
I add in ULI squeezes and Horse440s every 3-5 minutes
I was edging/ballooning 3-4 times a week but have not found the time lately.

I am pretty happy with my gains thus far and MRS V is giving me the reactions that I am looking for.

I havent done a ULI only routine.

I did do a set of O-bends this morning after about 20 mins of firm 80% erect jelqing. The difference was that I incorporated “head squeezes” once the bend was in place……

Obviously its too early to tell if this will do anything but the expansion was incredible!
