Gaining already. Woohoo

I’ve only been doing some basic PE for a few weeks now and it’s actually been pretty sporadic. But, I measured this morning and I’m already gaining some girth. Up from 4 1/2” MSEG to 4 5/8” MSEG. I’m very excited. Time to get more consistent and really start seeing some good gains.

Nice gain midthigh! I have been making some great progress myself in just three months. Just remember that it can stop or slow at any time . Make a commitment of a year to really see the difference.

It’s that first “oh my god, it’s working!” that hooks you. Sounds like improved EQ to me with maybe some newbie gains. Get consistent and go for it!

Onenkkidguy can I ask you a question? How did you gain your inches? Did you start off with the newbie routine and then just building it up or how did you do? Could you share your experiences? :)

I can’t hijack someone else’s thread like that. My success and progress are in the threads in my signature (ask questions in one of them and I’ll be glad to update). Mostly newbie routine though.

I just built a homemade ADS today based on Shunga’s advice. I’m hoping that’ll help to keep the gains moving since I can wear it pretty much all day long while I work at my desk.
