Hi,everyone!

First of all, sorry for my english, it isn’t my first language.

Today was my first day in PE, but I have a problem in stretching. My penis goes full erect in seconds after beginning!

What I can do to solve this problem and keep my penis flaccid during my session of stretching?

Also, I want to ask you if that (3 min warm up,5 min jelqing,5 min stretching and 3 min warm down) is good for a newbie?

That is not problem at all, it is most common thing for the first timers, with the time your penis and your brain will learn the difference between masturbating and exercising, if you have to watch “walking deads” in order to stay flaccid, so be it ! Lol
That routine is great, the smartest thing you can do is to start real slow, and gradually increase your workouts. This is long run, think in terms of years and according to that you will have plenty of time to do hardcore session, but for now, take it real easy.

Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

Tomorrow will be my second session of PE and I’m so impatient :D .I think that’s a normal thing for beginners ;) .

I’m planning to do PE for 1 or maybe 2 years.

My BPEL is 6.1” inches, and NBPEL is 5.5” inches.

First goal is to reach 5.9” NBPEL, second 6.2”,and third 6.7”.I know these are some big gains (1.2”),but I will get them!
