Problem if takes long to get erect between stretch and jelq?
I won’t go into the details of it here, but I have some erectile difficulties.
Anyway, I started the newbie routine. After I finish the initial 5 minutes of stretching and it’s time to start jelqing, it might take me a while to get the necessary erection level for proceeding. Is this a problem? Is it alright to take as much time as necessary? Because what I’m finding is that the pressure I put oh myself to get an erection as soon as possible causes me anxiety issues which only serves to exacerbate my ED. So I’m basically just asking whether it’s okay to take my time, or whether this is not ideal as the jelq should be done close to stretching.
I’m almost hijacking my own thread here, but to avoid starting another one unnecessarily, I’ll extend this by presenting another problem that’s occurred to my n00bish mind: how can you reliably ensure that you stay above a 40% erection level for the entire 10 minutes or so? Should some level be retained simply by the steady jelqing rhythm? Because of my ED issues, I’m deeply concerned about the prospect of losing erections and thus messing everything up. I just don’t know what to do. Please help, anybody with experience on this.
