Hey guys,

I have a question regarding the Fowfer workout where you sit on your penis for a certain amount of time. First, is it OK to sit on the head of a penis for any amount of time. I feel like I am completely crushing the head and it is getting NO blood flow. Just seems a little risky to me. So, is there a certain way to sit on the penis head? Or am I just being paranoid. Also, how long would be good if I am a beginner to PE (3 weeks in). How many sets and how much time per set? Thanks guys!

Keep it lined up right down the middle so it is cradled in the crack rather than being squished by either cheek. Whenever it feel uncomfortable lift up a cheek and let him get a breath. He’ll tell you when he needs air. It is almost impossible to hurt yourself Fowfering unless you fell asleep or passed out on it. Even then I think the discomfort would wake you enough to let off the pressure, unless you were drunk, in which case you probably wouldn’t be able to sit on your dick anyway. You might want to do a search on all the different Fowfers. We have one for just about every occasion, now. Road Fowfers, Bed Fowfers, Wife Fowfers. You name it.

When I shove mine to the side I get a strange feeling. It might be because they aren’t low hangers like some guys.

Sack Suction

Low hangers are good, especially during Bed Fowfers. The warmer and fleshier your sack is the more it wraps around and holds your dick in place with a kind of suction. You know, sack suction. Man there is enough info on this forum on Fowfers to write a book.
