Why do some show concern about erection angle if they do the Fowfer?

I have decided to do the fowfer again and have read in posts both to me and others that some are concerned about erection angle and that’s why they don’t do this. After much thought, I can’t quite understand why erection angle would be that much of a deal anyway. Also, it seems to me that Hanging BTC would cause the same possible change as doing fowfer’s.

Can I be enlightened on this please?

I never heard this before Dav. I can say from my own experience that I am a huge Fowfer fan…I even made my own variation of this exercise to better suit my needs. My erection angle is still at almost 12:00 after about 2 years of doing Fowfers and Lazy Ass Stretches.

For what it’s worth, my erection angle - straight out, horizontal to the floor - hasn’t changed since I was a teen decades ago, or during going on three years of PE and a heck of a lot of different exercises.



I cant say for sure if its the fowfers or not, but my flaccid hang and point of attachment are a hell of alot lower than before i started PE.

And with half a year of PE under my belt no changes in erect angle.

I think flaccid hang is where the fowfer really shines.
