Flaccid Stretching And Erect Girth

Has anyone gained erect girth from only flaccid stretching? The reason I ask is I have a very difficult time with jelqing or any of the other girth exercises I have tried. I simply cannot maintain an erection while doing these exercises. My penis hates these exercises.

It seems to respond very well to stretching however and I have seen at least a .3 to .5 increase in length in about 4 months.

Will flaccid bends help with erect girth?

I had gained 1,5cm girth with jelqing. When added bundle stretches I gained 0,5cm more in like 1 month

1,5cm girth only with jelqing? With no pumping, clamping and other stuff?

I get more girth from stretching half erect. More than jelquing.
I get ~50% chubby, take two hands and bend and feel a good healthy stretch on the sides. Etc.

So yeah I respond well to that for girth.
If I get too hard then… I get too hard. The tissue doesn’t feel as loose and easy to expand/contract.

Yes. I am an easy girth gainer but very hard length gainer.
I was jelqing 20mins 3on/1off.
After 3months the girth gains start happening and in about 1 year I had the 1,5cm girth gain.
Then I tried to boost my length gains by bundle stretching and I gained more girth LoL.

You probably will to some extent. Don’t stop doing what’s working, until it stops working, if it does. If you’re getting good progress from that, keep doing it. You could switch to something else and get nothing, zero, nada, for the next 4 months. Keep doing what you’re doing, don’t change a thing.

I agree! I have never jelqed, especially at a very high erection level. The tunica is less deformable during an erection and the pressure is too high. Also i have very visible veins at the left side of my dick and i don’t want to put stress in that area during an erection.

I have gained a little girth doing something similar. Sometimes i perform downward fulcrum stretches with a 40-50% erection level and i can notice the girthwise expansion. I think it works because my dick has a fatter look after some sets.

How exactly do you perform these bends?

I grab the tip of my penis and I do slow circles and I almost feel it pulling down by my butthole. I do these moderately slow circles in a small range of motion just “pumping” some blood in.

After I get 40-50% erect I two hand my penis. One over the other with my glands sticking out the top.

Like you I also bend downwards. I bend to the side. So kinda making a gap where my fists meet. I hope you get the picture. Then I bend the other way.

I have gotten very good technique at targeting the exact spot on the side if my penis. I like doing this before sex too it helps me expand.
