I’ve been doing PE for 3 years but had to Make a new account due to the servers. Anyways if this could be moved to a better section I’d Appreciate it.

So my question is, would it be better to stretch with a erect or flaccid dick? Assuming I want to increase my BPEL and flaccid length gains but mostly my erect. Wouldn’t erect stretches help more than flaccid stretches?

Does your dick stretch when erect? Mine doesn’t at all. Even with a 50% semi it barely stretches 0.1”. So it has to be flaccid for me, otherwise I’m just pulling on my ligs and internal connections basically.

I don’t even see how erect stretching is possible. Just stick to flaccid stretching.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Two things can be the outcome of erect stretching.

1. Nothing
2. Injury

I would stick to flaccid stretching. It has proven to work many times over.

Try to stretch a solid rod and then try to stretch a rubber band and see which one gives better results.

When I first started stretching I had a hard time keeping erections down. Now I use a peppermint oil gel, and rub it on before I stretch. It helps with blood flow to the skin, and the slight tingling/burning helps to keep the dick flaccid.

You need a very conditioned dick(2 years of PE reguarly at least) to not injure yourself.

I don’t know much since I’m still a noob, but I’ve been trying semi-erect stretches at about 30-40% erect and they feel really goo. I’d call them chub stretches more than erect stretches though. I can really feel my tunica and base getting a good stretch. I do them on occasion, but not that often.

I would rather stretch with slight engorgement than none. Once you pass a certain point, you can’t access the ligs.

To answer the question, I would say stretch flaccid. Extenders which are clinically proven to extend the flaccid length of the penis by an average of 1.7cm over 12 months — stretches the penis while flaccid.

I’m looking for both flaccid and erect gains but mostly erect gains.

I wouldn’t stretch while erect. Too risky.

Having said that, the routine I’m using at the moment suggests a stretching exercise after my jelqing exercise. I’m still not sure whether that’s a good/helpful thing. I do massage my penis to a much more relaxed state (as after jelqing it’s engorged), but I’m thinking of modifying my routine.
