I’ve been PEing for a month now, and although from what I read I understand that a month is next to nothing, I’ve made gains! At first I thought maybe I’m measuring differently or maybe I’m just having a good day, but today after not being able to PE for 3 days, I still have those gains.. Not to say they’re “cemented” but they’re definitely there! My routine:
5min warp wrap (gonna get an IR lamp when I find the time)
10min stretches (up down left right, 3 times each for 15 seconds, about 2-3 times the entire thing)
10-20min Jelqing (started at 10 working my way up, at 16 mins now)
5min 5sec kegels
5min warm wrap
Doing this 2on-1off, at least intending to, I get at least 4 days a week though.
It takes up a LOT of my free time, but I usually do it while sitting in front of the TV, and though most of my focus in on my dick, it makes the time pass more quickly.
The gains are nothing major, 0.4” length and 0.2” girth midshaft, so now I’m looking at 6.4X5.2, aiming for the magic 8X6 in a few years, 7” length and whatever girth I can get are my goals for the near future.
