Hey everyone I’ll start out by saying I consider myself a noob. I’m posting this message with the hopes that it will help other people that are having little or no gains after a few months of jelqing.
My starting stats were: 5.75 nbpel and 4.6 eg (uniform)
I have FINALLY been able to achieve some noticeable growth after a very committed routine over 4 months.
I am now at: 6.00 nbpel and 4.75 eg (uniform)
Although I haven’t measure except for the start and recently I am sure that most of the gains have happened in the last 3 weeks. Not surprisingly I made a few changes in my routine about 3 weeks ago.
Manually stretch for a few minutes in all directions until I feel warmed up.
Jelq for about 50-80 3-second jelqs (whenever I could feel that my dick was worked out) 5 on 2 off
Edge for a while and finally reward myself
Stretch and kegel throughout the day
200 3-second jelqs*
Edging and orgasm (edging gets me to a place where I can do serious kegels and enjoy doing them)
45 minute break
Hang light weight (2.5 lbs) for 10 minutes (homemade bib hanger all from wal-mart except pvc pipe)
Make sure to restore circulation after hanging by just moving my dick around lightly
All 1 on, 1 off, 3 on, 2 off
Besides some length and girth, I have gained some erection quality as well. Obviously there are some differences in the earlier and later routines. Scientifically speaking, since I changed a few things it’s hard to say if one, some, or all of the changes are responsible for my gains. I feel like it’s all. When I ramped up to 200 jelqs I could tell that I was getting good expansion and that I was repairing overnight. The hanging is much better than manual stretching since it’s passive. I can feel a soreness (good) in the base the day after some hanging and I know my ligs are improving. When I joined a gym last year I had a trainer tell me that the body recovers from exercise about 45 minutes after the work stops. I figured that if I hung lightly 45 minutes after a good jelqing workout, maybe some of the healing would occur while my dick was being held in that stretched state. Another change is that my schedule also has about half time off. I chose to do this because of HOW I FELT. After 1 day of routine, I could feel myself recovering for no more than 1 day afterward. After 3 days of routine, I could feel the soreness for 2 days of rest but not 3. If we’re all damaging our penises on purpose so that they heal better, then healing seems to be about half of the process.
