So I’ve finally gained some girth which I’m pretty sure is permanent. I’ve recently had to take some time off PE and am still about 0.25” above my normal girth.

I’ve had a HARD time gaining girth and have tried many things. I tried the whole less is more thing (just doing light jelqing everyday, nothing intense) which didn’t seem to do much for me. Finally I tried to do intense clamping. I had sort of tried it before without success, but recently read a thread on pushing the clamp back into the pubic bone to get better expansion and starting trying that. Anyway, I started getting really into it and started doing INTENSE clamping every night. I’m talking about seriously intense stuff. I’m willing to bet that I’ve probably gone more intense than anyone on this board. I know that’s a huge claim, but I really went at it, lol. Anyway, the most intense stuff probably came within the past month or so, maybe two months, and I’m sure that’s where my gains came from.

Like I said I’ve had to take some time off PE recently, this is due to some little bumps that I have on the base of my shaft which get really irritated from clamping. I was worried that it was an STD or something, but I went to a doctor and he’s pretty sure it’s not and I got some cream for it. Anyway, the only explanation for these bumps I can come up with is the icy clamp. I was doing it for a while with no problem, but maybe the extreme stress from the ice cold water had some effect. Has anyone else had this problem?

I’m really hoping to get started again soon. My goal is 6.5” erect girth. Right now I’m at 6.25” mid-shaft, and actually about 6.4 base girth, but I want 6.5” mid-shaft.

I think I’m insane because I have a feeling that even at 6.5” mid-shaft I think I’ll still feel inadequate. No it’s about 8.25” BP. I actually haven’t measure length for a long long time. It might be a bit larger now. Once I hit my girth goals I’m planning on adding maybe 0.5” in length.

Extreme clamping is extremely dangerous, I’m not anti clamping by any means for experienced guys but it’s way better to stay on the side of caution when clamping. Do not let insecurities get you hurt.

I hear you on the size thing it does take a while to feel big, I still have issues because I’m 6-3 and a big guy so it never seems huge to me and when I see these 5ft 7” guys on porn and they are really thin it makes even a cock smaller than mine look huge. I actually didn’t do this for long. I don’t think I gained anything from it, but it did seem to give me some good expansion. My first girth gains were from orange bends however, which is also a flacid girth exercise.

My starting stats were 7.75” X 5.75” BP.

panthro… I went so ridiculously hardcore, and even did the icy clamp after my routines and had no problems whatsoever with erections at any point. I know it’s dangerous, but I’d have to wait at least a month to try less is more, and I really doubt it will do anything for me… I seem to have a very very tough tunica. I think I’m just going to go at it and will hopefully just be done the whole thing in another few months.

spaghettidick… I don’t want to cause anyone to get injured, but if your wang can take it then I would go that way. I would regularly go up to three clamps every night. Sometimes I would actually do four but I don’t think it’s worth it. First of all, the pressure created by three is pretty huge, second of all, adding a fourth seems to sort of mess the whole thing up… for me at least. I don’t know how to explain it. It adds extra pressure, but it’s hard to even get the thing on. Maybe if you have less girth than me you can do it. In the last month or so I started doing hammers (someone suggested that name once I think) while triple clamped. A hammer is when you clamp off the base and then push the head towards your body along the direction of your penis. THIS creates ridiculous pressure, and I got massive expansion from it. Be careful though. At first it actually hurts so I pressed very very lightly. Slowly you gradually increase the pressure, and your cock does get a bit softer due to blood leaking out, but you still get amazing pressure and insane expansion.

P.S. If anyone’s interested, taking no rest days makes a huge difference in how hard you can clamp. If I took no rest days I would hardly warm up. I would start off double clamped (not too too intense though) and quickly go to triple clamping. I would get no red dots whatsoever no matter how hard I went. However, with just one day off after a routine I would get red dots from an initial single clamp. The more days off the worse it gets. Because of this right now I’m slowly working my way back up to triple clamping over several days.

I just picked up 3 cable clamps from home depot. I have no privacy but I will make this fucking thing work. I will go in a public bathroom and clamp if I have to.
