Finally remembered my password

I made this account around a year ago after visiting TP for a few years and I’m finally getting free time to commit to a routine. There’s certain features I’m working toward and I’m just curious if I should stick with the linear newbie routine or isolate and work toward my individual goals if that’s possible. BPEL is 6.7 and forgive me I’m still behind on the abbreviations, but mid girth 5.1. I want to improve my aesthetics by 1) enlarging the glands and 2) increasing the base girth which is 4.8. Its never really bothered me but I just want that mushroom look, which my glans is same size or smaller than mid shaft, and more base support. I’ve noticed pain when being on the bottom of cowgirl at the base and I’m kinda worried my dick could break off with some of the more aggressive riders lol. Any tips for a newbie would be greatly appreciated, but I’m really interested if I should stick with the easy routine or if anyone has anyway to isolate the glans and/or base of the shaft.

I’d recommend the linear or Newbie Routine for now. See where that takes you in a few months. After you’ve got a few months of conditioning under you belt, then consider specializing. The exercises that may (Or may not) increase specific areas of your penis are probably too advanced for beginners and could lead to injury. And keep in mind that your beginning stats are quite respectable. No problems there.

The basic idea behind the newbie routine is to give you gains while you condition your penis and learn about PE. But your penis is not like a muscle; you are stretching fibrous tissue, not building muscle. So you want to put enough stress on it to stretch, but not so much that you toughen it up.

Remember - heat is your friend. If your penis is warm when doing your routine, it is more pliable and easier to stretch.

I would stick with one of the Newbie routines for now. To really specialize and get specific goals accomplished you need experience to understand PE and understand what your penis prefers. If you don’t have that, specializing will do you very little if any good at all at this point in your journey.

Your goals are certainly doable. They will just take time.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Sorry for the wait I had a busy week of class and thanks for the replies. Greats advice and I’ve been neglecting warm ups so I’ll keep that in mind from now on, but after a couple of days of the linear routine I can already see improved EQ. I was also doing some searching through the forums and some other guys had the hard shaft/flaccid glans and were pointing toward valve leakage but I hope that’s not the case.
