Hello and thank you for this forum. This is an issue men have that needs a place to be heard.

A little background.

In my early twenties I started with approximately 5 inch EL and 5 inch EG. I always felt kind of small as a teen being 6ft tall weighing 185 lb. I created my first pump from a clear piece of plastic about an inch and a quarter id. I attached a piece of clear tubing to the end and would just use my mouth to create suction. Very uncomfortable but that was my experience then. I did that on and off for about 6 months. I definitely saw some length gains. I believe to the point of 5.5 inches. After that years past I never did anything else. I am now 54 years old at approximately 3 years ago I bought my first real pump. Started doing some research on jelqing but never committed to either one as if it were a workout program. Jelqing was always difficult and uncomfortable. I also did stretching all directions and rotation stretches. Today I am 6.5 inches BPEL and 5 5/8” EG.

It seems for the past six months or better I can’t get any length gains.

I’m getting really frustrated trying to just get to 7 inches. I’m okay with my girth I just need to make that 7. My wife and I have five children and making love to her where she has a couple extra pounds and I have a couple extra pounds is difficult to get full penetration. I also deal with Ed high blood pressure I smoke and drink two to three glasses of wine a night. I am not a drug user and ED drugs do not work for me anymore. I recently went and had the PRP shot which made my penis look like it was 18 years old the skin was so soft and made it much more sensitive. That was six months ago and the effects have since worn off. I do have early morning erections and my feeling is changing some of my habits and my waning desire for my wife may have something to do with my EQ. Funny as it sounds from everything I’ve read I’m not doing too bad size-wise.

I am looking for suggestions anything at all that will help get over this plateau and increase my EQ and self-esteem.

Great gains up until this point. You might want to start your deconditioning period if you been at it for quite some time. Also if you can explain what you have done so far in terms of full routine.

I suggest that you either cut back or cut out completely the smoking and the drinking as it effects your blood pressure and your erection quality. If you are mentally prepared to quit smoking you can look to Renew Life Smoker’s Cleanse 30 Day Program or a vape (some contradicting claims on this one) and with the alcohol/wine, I would try to swap it out for Kombucha instead. Its a fermented tea with great probiotics so give that a try.

I was just recently at the doctor and she upped my blood pressure med and told me the same thing about smoking. My wife and I have both set a quit date for Monday. I’ve tried the kombucha and I can’t stomach it. Not very tasty. I also plan to only have my wine on the weekends. That should help. Like I said I don’t really have a routine. When I pump I will pump and hold for 5 minutes then release massage Shake It Out and stretch a little for a minute or two. Then start again. My session on average lasts 30 to 45 minutes. I pump to the point it gets uncomfortable and back off a little to maintain. It’s funny that when I pump I get close to 7 inches. I am not erect just filled with blood and flaccid. I just ordered a 6 inch silicone tube that I can put on after I pump to keep me in a stretched-out state. Not sure if it will help if anyone has any experience with that it will be nice to know. It’s very hard for me to have a steady routine because this is not something I will do at my house. It is awkward with regards to my wife not because she thinks so only because she thinks I am big enough and there’s no need. I also have my older children living there so that being said I need to do this while I’m at work in the back of my truck where no one can see on my lunch break. Although I would love to try hanging I don’t think it’s an option. I do stretch 3 times a day in the morning before I get out of bed all different angles and then 25 rotations both hands three or four times a day. I had one of those traction type devices with the extendable bars but got rid of it after trying to use it for about a week. Very uncomfortable and couldn’t use it without my head going cold so I stopped. I also have the silicone Style that you roll on to your head with a strap around my leg and an elastic band. I still use that on and off 4 hours at a time and it doesn’t bother me as long as I put a piece of fabric tape covering my crown I get no blisters. Jelqing is difficult and awkward. I am circumcised but it seems when I was jelqing before it seems to have restored some of my foreskin. Definitely made me more veinous and I think helped to add to my girth. I also recently have started to try clamping and it definitely does give you a good stretch and while clamped do some squeezing. I truly want to concentrate one hitting that 7 inch mark and just cementing it.

I don’t know how much there is to determining your gains by your lot but my lot while erect is at 9 o’clock. I used to be at 10 or 11 but I think my stretching has done more for the ligs. It seems now that while I stretch the skin to the left and the right in my pelvic area keeps me from stretching. I feel as though I could get more stretch if that’s skin wasn’t so tight. I’m not quite long enough to get a good stretch under the cheeks. I feel like what I need is to stretch up. I hope I haven’t hit my genetic limit.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I wish I can help you with other routines with your current limited space/privacy. An idea is that you can get the LG hanger and hang while you are on the road? (I’ve never done this but I’m not sure what your job is like but if you are on the road a lot then that could be an option)

Also the Kombucha you want to try is either the brands ‘Rise’ or ‘GTS’, they have flavoured kombucha’s which is a lot easier to drink but remember, the live bacteria that creates the probiotics are feed with sugar so drinking too much of the kombucha is not beneficial.

Lots of veterans here have reported that they got their mixture of gains from various methods and at the moment, I’m trying to make most of my gains from the LG Hanger but I’m battling some blisters and now I’m prone to it now so I have to recondition my glans again before I can hang heavy with the LG Hanger.

If your wife already knows that you are PEing, then waking up a bit early in the morning to get a morning session in should be something you want to entertain and some short mid day and at night. Since you are breaking up your sessions, it seems to be a good way to approach it but again I believe that you are definitely in need of a deconditioning period now.

Have you tried changing your diet? Eating a lot of water melon, red grapes, pistachio nuts, broccoli and avocado can really help you can also make natural Viagra from water melon a quick Google search will pop up with loads of information. Hope this helps.

I would hazard a guess that neither of you are getting enough sunlight. In your eyes and on your skin and on your bits.

If I’m on track then probably your eyesight is deteriorating as well.

The science of this can get real deep but suffice to say that increasing natural light and decreasing artificial light and screen time should help.

Best thing I can suggest is take a break at the beach. Rise with the sun, swim in the ocean. Watch the sunset then most importantly minimise the artificial light and have sex until you fall asleep. Firelight after sundown is perfectly ok though

I will not preach about smoking - your doctor will do it on the next meeting :-)

But the wine, but only if it’s red wine, is to be kept. If you can limit the quantity to 2 dl per evening it’s even good against high blood pressure.

And weight and blood pressure are correlated. Just think about it.

As for better EQ, I say have a look at Kegels. They really help.

3 days no smoking today. Just pumped past 7 for the first time. 7.25. I concentrated on using the pump 2 hands to stretch straight out and focus on relaxing. I could feel the extra stretch. Very happy here. If I could just transform that into NBPEL Id be elated. Gonna keep at it.

Ok just to the doctor yesterday and BP is down to 125/85. Great news! 2 weeks and 2 days no smoking. Gym 3 times a week and healthy eating. Lost 3 lbs since last visit. Deconditiining break looks like it may take some discipline. All I want to do is grow.

Started jelqing a few days ago. 50 straight out and 50 up. Seems I’ve started growing or stretching a new foreskin so I must hold that down with one hand to get a good jelq. Behind the cheek stretches are difficult from not being quite long enough. Also any way to alleviate the pinching from my hands while stretching? I’m doing a ok sign just below the glands but it gets uncomfortable. Very uncomfortable with behind the cheek. Do you think it’s possible to reach 7 NBPEL x 6 EG since my true starting point was 5 NBPEL x 5EG. Sound like a lot to expect. 2 inches of growth.

Oh I’m making a mistake I see. I’m not doing a jelq I am doing jelq squeeze.

Girth only exercise. I suppose its because getting an erection to jelq is difficult for me so I must trap the blood for the pressure.
