As the title suggests, I feel really lost at the moment with regards to PE.

In my first 6 months I made some fantastic girth gains - however… after a break I lost about 0.2” in girth and can’t seem to regain it.

Previously I was a less is more type of guy, anything more than 40 Jelqs and I was having to take 3-4 days rest. That continued to be true for ages, then I began pumping for a while and added an ADS (have since stopped using these)

I think either my unit has become conditioned or… something has gone terribly wrong. Previously if I over trained my unit would turtle and for a few days afterwards I would have reduced flaccid hang/EQ only to regain my size at the end of my rest period. Now I seem to have a slightly diminished flaccid hang all the time. I tried taking a break but instead of improving my unit began to revert back to it’s post PE state, without the expected improvement in flaccid hang/EQ

Things have gone from making a lot of sense to making not much at all.

Why did you have to take so much rest after jelqing? Ie what was happening to cause the problem.

Were you jelqing with too much force?

It seems that the need for a rest meant something was being over done. Or you have a problem there which jelqing aggravated. Some more information would be a help in trying to decide the problem to be solved.

I remember when I started pumping a while ago things initially went well then it just went downhill from there. After a few trial and errors I stopped pumping and continued on a jelqing routine. I think I lost girth in this.

Same sort of thing when I started clamping, my penis would turtle and it would almost seem as though I’d lose anything I gained. So I stopped that too… The next time I started up has been terrific, (this past month), I’ve started in slowly but I think what’s made the most amazing impact was my new ambition to drink/eat the right stuff. With the right foods/diet/rest I could clamp all day but with the wrong foods I can barely make it past a session.

So, how’s your diet and rest (I mean sleep at night)?


Size is little more than a controllable perception without an accurate means of measurement.

I tried pumping and it just cost me EQ.

About the girth. It could be a measuring error. Did you alter the way you measure? If you really lost some girth then it might just be a little fat loss. Nothing to worry about.

To gain girth (back) I would ramp up your routine. Just start with the newbie routine. 40 jelqs and then resting for 4 days doesn’t do much.

I don’t think you need rest days for jelqing. Not unless you are doing jelqs with squeezes. I don’t always find that turtling = overtraining, it just tries to turtle during recovery periods for me.


Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!

I can’t imagine only doing 40 jelqs, and taking such a long break is a good idea. How did you eventually get to only doing this many? If you do anymore you don’t get any positive PI’s?

I was doing relatively high erection % Jelqs (around 80%) but I was using the lightest grip possible and getting a few days of negative PI’s. Weirdly during that time I actually gained a lot.

I’m thinking the pumping/ADS have just conditioned my unit further and i’m going to have to up my Jeqls, but cut out the pump etc because it’s giving me negative PI also.

I built a power jelq thing for about 8 bucks that works much better than regular jelqing for me. I also converted from air pumping to water pumping. I started both about 2 weeks ago and my EQ is much higher and with morning wood. I’ve seen some girth gains that I haven’t cemented yet but I’m not turtling like I used to either. Anything more than feather touch jelqing or regular air pumping seemed to have a negative effect on EQ for me. I read up on water pumping and the power jelq on this site first and I have to say I’m so far pleased with it.

The power jelq device has a thread on here I think named homemade power jelq. I just searched for it and the plans are there. It seemed weird like 2 paint rollers but it actually works really well. Its made with a jar lifter and then you put foam pipe insulation on the rollers.just search for “homemade power jelq” and the plans should pop up.
The water pumping I do is with a regular air pump but I took the gauge off and you create pressure by sucking on the plastic tubing itself. Again seemed wacky when I read about it but it actually works great. There’s also a big thread on here about how you should do the water pumping. I would read through it as its a really in depth thread.

As for my gains I don’t think anuything permanent yet but when I come out of the pump my girth is about .25 inches greater for a while afterward. The power jelq leaves me plump for a long time after too. Then I have noticeable morning wood and spontaneous erections through the day. Previously I would easily overtrain and have no morning wood or anything afterwards.

What if you are actually not doing enough? I went threw something like this where my jelqing along with the hanging occasional pumping caused my EQ to drop and penis to turtle sometimes. I was going to cut back but now my EQ came back about 3x what it was I am not kidding I am having the easiest time achieving erections and my penis is much more sensitive to stimulation its like near instant erections. I am now hanging bigger all day even when out in the cold I gained too and it seems my penis is more conditioned and the EQ came back better than before due to an initial drop in EQ and sticking with the routine. I honestly was a less is more guy but I really think I wasted 7 months last year not doing enough. Remeber everyone is different but I am very happy with the results of upping my routine to something that caused me to reach fatigue each session, Before I did not reach the same level of fatigue.

Now I just hang and jelq I have went from 5.5” BPEL to a 6.5” BPEL I cannot believe it. Though most of it may be due to vastly improved EQ non the less it is there.

Do like 100 really low % erection jelqs for 2days on 1 off as well as 10 minutes of light stretching and see how you get on.

I know when I started or for quite a few months I just jumped in and did high erection and had terrible red spots. Now I can do anything except extreme clamping and have no Fatigue what so ever really.
