I am obviously new of course. I am starting light on the newbie routine. Tonight I started and just did the 5 stretches at 30 seconds each and each direction ( out,left,right,up,and down ) twice each. The I did the 50 kegels.50 of them at 5 seconds hold and then a quick 20 fast kegel exercise. I put my finger down between my sack and anus and could feel the muscle.but I also feel the kegel around my sphincter as well. Are you supposed to feel it there also? I can also feel high up actually inside of my scrotum the muscle moving.so I know it’s the right one I suppose. Any thoughts?
