The newbie routine is the best way to make gains,for me it was the most i have ever gained and the fastest,you will get that inch and more but it might take 6-12 months.

I know in training you get woken up suddenly to run; to prepare for sudden field conditions. Does make sense, but doing that every day without some kind of warmup would - with a lot of people - cause injury and much muscle soreness.

Sorry that was an error. Meant 2 sets of 10 minutes.. To start with. Eventually, I will hang for longer.

An inch in a year is good! Congrats. I do hope though to get that in maximum of 6 months. But 1/2” in that time would be okay with me too.
