If I’m reading your signature correctly, you’re counting 07/15/12 as your PE start date? For fuck’s sake, just do the Newbie Routine before you break your dick. Honestly, how do you know how “durable” you penis is at this point? Why not just ease into this and enjoy a bigger, healthier dick in the long term?

Smoothly stretch yes, but how hard should I manually pull? Is it necessary to stretch for more than an hour?
My penis felt great and really stretched after 4 sets of about 8minutes. I believe (and hope) I’ll gain length quickly; could REALLY feel an intense stretching.

Do you mean because of duration in a stretch. I may try a bib hanger soon and do 10 sets of 2min IF finding manual stretching gains slow or non existent.

You’re advice is sound and correct for a proper newbie.

I changed my new start date today as I am starting over after some enlightenments..

Read threads on ‘Jelqvader’ if you want to know how I know my penis is durable. Basically, with some crazy things I have done, luckily have never had any kind of negativity from my penis.

Hahaha.. On realism: What IS the quickest you’ve known someone to gain an inch in length? Is it unrealistic to gain an inch in say.. 6months?

Step 1: Put a good not at the base of your penis and be sure that it grips the base of the shaft (the material of the string should be strong enough to withstand a good stretch)

Step 2: Climb a really tall building, really, the taller, the better.

Step 3: Attach the other side of the string to something really heavy sometimes it could be a brick, a bowling ball or anything that surpasses at least 100 to 150 pounds.

Step 4: Make sure that your strongly standing still with a good solid platform beneath your feet.

Step 5: Throw the heavy object from the ledge of the building.

I guarantee 1 inch length increase instantaneously. Results may vary, the heavier the object, the better.

it all depends on your penis - it may take a little bit to get good gains, or it may take a year or two of hard work and dedication to get some gains. Newbie routine first, and after a month or two, look into doing the more advanced routines (hanging seems to be the best for length gains). You can also mix and match an ADS with your newbie routine (I’d wait a month though to get your penis ready for it).
