This is cool, after just two weeks of PE I have gained a quarter inch of length, now standing at 7 1/4 inc. I have also gained a half inch of girth in just two weeks now at 5 inches.

This happened to me. I just put it down to a better quality erection.

Started 20/04/07 3 inches flaccid length 5.5 inches erect length 4.5 inches erect girth

20/06/07 4 inches flaccid length 6.8 inches erect length 5.2 inches erect girth

Thunder has a good point. After a session your dick is usually is a ballooned state. Thats is why it is best to go a couple days without PEing to see if the gins were cemented.

This is my first week, and I can tell you that just after 4 sessions on the newbie routine I’m feeling “meatier” and am waking up with fuller erections. I haven’t measured yet and don’t plan on it until after 3 months of this.

Start: 6/30/2007 - (NBPEL 6.25", BPEL - 7"), (Mid EG 5.25") (Base EG 5 3/4")

11/10/2007 - (NBPEL 6.75", BPEL - 7.5"), (Mid EG 5.5") (Base EG 6")

Goal: 7.5 NBPEL, 6" Midshaft EG

Jake, it is best to measure every 2weeks to 1 month. Becasue then you can constantly monitor your dick to see if it has grown or been reduced. With that knowledge you can know if to stay on a routine change it etc.

I discovered this forum May 13, 2007 and have discovered that I’ve been using some of the techniques discussed and recommended for several years. I didn’t have a regular routine though. I know when I was in my early twenties I measured my BPEL at about 6.25 and EG was about 4.75. I am now 44 years old and I have gained in size over the years.

Since I’ve begun a regular routine, I’ve seen some very good gains in about a six week time frame. I only take measurements on rest days, as not to show pumped up gains.

I am wondering if these are truly real gains as a result of my new regime.

My workout is as follows:

5-Minutes of warm wrap (heating pad)
5-minutes of stretching, jelqing (wet of dry)
1 or 2 weight hanging sets (5 pounds for 10 minutes)
3 or 4 10 minute sets of clamping using 1 to 4 clamps with a cotton cloth wrap (includes kegels, with shaft and head squeezes, and slight bending)
Edging 3 or 4 times when in the mood
Repeat warm wrap between all sets of exercises
Apply healing ointment after final warm wrap (polysporin, neosporin or similar).
M,T = On
W = Off
TH,F = On
Sat = Maintenance (light workout)
Sun = Rest

I am open to any comments or suggestions.
