Extended veins

From the past I have large vein on the right side of my dick now it become bigger

Now and after 2 weeks from PE I have new small veins which became very engorged during my session and slightly visible in normal situation . There are no pain or tenderness ?

Are these veins normal OR I should take a rest until they disappear?

It’s normal to get more “veiny.” Don’t worry about it. Only worry if they hurt or feel hard.
