Ok I’ve been putting this off for too long and it’s time to make a go of it.

I’ve been digesting as much of Thunders as possible and am very impressed. Have just started my routine a few days ago and am hoping for what I expect are reasonable goals.

My current stats are:

BPEL: 7.0
EG: 5.2
FL: 5
FG: 4.5

Probably not too bad in the scheme of things but I really want more girth above all. Feel a bit pencil dick at this measurement. Any comments?

My routine for the first month or so is primarily based on Johan’s routine which seems to have served him rather well and sounds sensible to me:

5 min warm wrap
15 min wet jelq with some squeezes
3-4 x 15-20 JAI stretches
2 min warm wrap

5 min warm wrap
15 min wet jelq with some squeezes
2-4 15-20 JAI stretches
5-10 min wet jelq
2 min warm wrap

Probably a little more than the newbie routine but I don’t think I’m overdoing it too much although there is some spotting on the glans but not too severe.

I plan to keep this thread updated with my progress and really want to focus more on girth than length at the moment.

8.5 BPEL
6.5 EG

I also plan on getting a digital camera to keep records on my progress. I’m not quitting!

Any ideas on what I should do to focus on girth at least to begin with or anything else would be great!

Forgot to mention..

I intend to work it 4 days on 1-2 days off depending on privacy etc. There are also some kegels being thrown in here and there, but hey I’m just getting my feet wet :)

Dude, if your a newbie, do the newbie routine.

Did you know America ranks the lowest in education but the highest in drug use? It's nice to be number one, but we can fix that. All we need to do is start the war on education. If it's anywhere near as successful as our war on drugs, in no time we'll all be hooked on phonics

Stick to the newbie routine for 2-3 months and then you could do some horses or ulis for girth. Do not clamp until you do serious PE for at least 4 months

That routine looks time consuming.

My advice would be to stick with the newbie routine for at least the 1st month. Then if your penis feels fine, you can try out that routine.

Use manual stretches and BTC stretches as well. Not just JAI stretches. And 15 minute jelq is enough if your starting out.

You’re a newbie, so therefore do the newbie routine.

Righto that’s enough people recommending the same thing. I’ll do the newbie for at least the first month and keep you posted ;)

I’ll be measuring every two weeks and post the results here.
