Exercises order - Newbie routine

Im doing the simple newbie routine that you see everywhere :
-Warmup
-Manual stretches (Im now at 10-12 minutes)
-Jelqing (20 minutes)

And Im doing pc squeeze every day.

Now my question is that I’m having trouble staying completely flaccid durant the stretches, so I try to switch the order, doing the jelqing 1st, then the stretches. When I did it that way, it was much easier to stay flaccid durant the stretches.

Is that a good way to do it or it is a big no no for a specific reason ?

As your dick gets used to being handled you should be able to maintain the flaccid state whilst stretching.

I always stretch before I jelq for the same reason that a latex balloon is easier to blow up after being stretched than not.

I’m not sure if this is true, it just seems kind of logical to me.

I’ve not been PEing for very long so I’m sure someone could word it better than me.

Hey chunky. I found that in the beginning jelqing before stretching worked better for me (according to my PIs anyway seeing that I have yet to measure). But that was until I found out that my stretching technique left a lot to be desired. It could be that you are just not stretching properly or that you are someone who needs to warm up sufficiently before doing your routine.

I think I will just do jelqing 1st. I feel I get a lot better stretch this way after.

I have found, in my three weeks, (and believe me I am no expert by any means) that it is easier to stretch first. I have found that this makes the penis hang lower and fuller. I also think that it is better at maintaining a 60% or so erection needed for jelqing. I’m able to get to that point. Also, if I get hard while stretching, I stop, do a few kegels, or slap it on my leg a few times. This will allow it to go down and I can continue. Anyways, that’s just my $.02.

I try and stretch at every opportunity I get.
