Hi all,

Just wondering what exercises work well for those who aren’t circumcised.
I’m a newbie to PE and have been doing dry jelqing mostly, but was wondering
What other exercises have worked well for others who are “uncut”.

Everything that works for cut guys.

Only difference is you have to roll back your skin to do any uncut stretching, which is a pain in the arse and makes getting a good grip difficult. Try using gloves or experimenting with other “wraps”.

Tweaking do you have to roll skin back because I do mine without rolling it back.Just wondering will it have the same affects.

I do it without rolling the skin back and all I noticed was my penis got bigger.:)

For uncut guys the foreskin tends to act like form of lubricant, although it is still advisable to use a lubricant to stop tearing the skin.

Stretching tends to be very difficult being uncut as well but a rubber glove (like the one a doctor uses) has been enormously helpful.

You can do it without the rolling the skin back. I personally find it difficult to tell if I’m stretching my penis or just the skin if I don’t roll it back. And I think you can get a lot more force if you don’t roll it back.

It’s up to you though.

I don’t know if I’m capable of “rolling” the skin back. It just does what ever it wants to. I’ve found jelqing is a great way to compensate for exercises that are hard to to uncut. Yes, stretching can be frustrating at times. Continue to experiment and you will find a grip and/or position that pleases.


2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

I’m cut so I have no experience in the matter, but I am curious: If you stretch with the skin pulled back wouldn’t you gradually lose foreskin as you experience gains?

That’s an interesting idea.I’d never thought of that.

Personally, I hope so, since I have a bit more foreskin than I’d like.

Thanks for the input guys, I personally find wet jelqs to be nearly impossible being uncut, but that’s just me.
As I am still a newbie, dry and wet jelqs are all that I have tried. As far as stretching goes I don’t find it tough to get a “good”
Stretch feel while stretching, but then again, maybe that’s because I’m still pretty new to PE. I’ll keep the latex glove in mind.

Don’t give up. I think your problems are unrelated to being uncut, especially the jelqing thing. You’re squeezing blood through the chambers of the penis; try not to think about the skin.
