Does any one know of a good routine, for both length and girth. I been doing basic stretching,BTC,v stretch, and under the leg stretches, also done jelqs dry and wet,ulis,and horse sqeeze and to be honest I’m not seen to much of a results. I been doing p.e.for almost 3yrs.started at 6.5 inches now I’m 6.3/4 only 1/4 gains and for girth I started at 5.0 inches now I’m at 5.5 inches I feel like I’m not gaining much with the exercise I’m doing, not sure if I need to do more or less. Every routine takes me about 30 minutes.

You work out 30 min a day, or twice a day ? On/off days ?
You uses some heat under the exercises or in between sets ?
What about trying an ads/extender/pump ?

If you do all of the exercises you list in one go, it may be to overdo things, but we are all different and responds differently, so there is no exact answer. But gaining 1/4 inch length and 1/2 inch circumference is not negative at all, but a good sign that it’s not impossible for you to gain.
