Everything is improving except 1
My routine is 1 on 1 off, been working for over a month now. My flaccid is larger, along with my veins, erect is harder and made a little gain but my morning wood has dissapeared. I usually work out my penis at night, and I also masturbate late night about 2am. Could this have any effect?
Also how important is it to kegel whilst jelqing?
