Hey Everyone! I was going to ask what the average gains were after doing the Newbie Routine for 3 months. But I knew all of you are going to say it’s different for everybody. So instead, just jog in what YOU gained If you remember. How much did all you guys gain within the first 3 months?


Current stat = NBPEL - 6.235", BPEL - 7.000".. Mid EG - 5.063".. Base EG - 5.750" BPSFL - 7.3125 ------ Old stats = NBPEL - 6.000", Mid EG - 5.000

Goal stat = NBPEL - 7.750", BPEL - 8.250".. Mid EG - 6.000".. Base EG - 6.500" ------ Goal Length gains - 1.515". Girth gain - 1.000"

Basically you dont gain much the first 3 months, before you start training your unit, its unhealthy since you never really worked it, so you gain whatever erect length your healthy penis is, i went from 5.5 nbpel to 6.5 nbpel just becuase my unit was unhealthy…in under 2 weeks it is now 6.7 nbpel after 3 months of pullin n jerkin

I have to agree with WannaBe, I am enlarging at a rate far too quick to be growth. I wish I had paid more attention when I was younger so I could compare now.


Starting Stats: 5 3/4 bpel, 4 7/8 eg. Current Stats: 6 3/4 bpel, 5 1/2 eg. Goal: 9 x 6

I’ve always have had nice hard erections, but I do admit my erections are getting harder, but I am not seeing any gains really.

Two months in I’ve gained 1/4” in length and 1/2” in girth. I have to say I’m pretty excited about it. That’s beyond my expectations. I hope the gains continue at this rate.

Wow, that’s great, especially on the Girth! It seems like that’s the hardest gains to get. I hope I get some kind of gains in three months. After I’m conditioned I’m planning on hanging until I get my desired length, then performing girth workouts, leaning towards pumping, put I’m want the gains to stay permanent and have my erections stay hard, supposedly pumping isn’t permanent and make your erections spongier.

Being new to PE I’m not really sure what’s going on. I assume half of it’s stronger erections and the other half actual gains. The interesting thing is I primarily PE for length. I use an ADS device every day for between 3 and 7 hours. Two or three days a week I do a couple of sessions of pumping and clamping and in between those sessions I jelq. I made 1/4” gains in length and girth the 1st month. This past month I only made gains in girth. But I didn’t do as much jelqing either. So this next month I’m going to increase the amount I jelq and see what the results are.
