I’ve been lurking around the forum now for about 1month now. Lots of great info. I’ve started the newbies routine about a month ago. I’ve not remeasured as of yet but it does seem like I hang more. One of the main reasons for finding this site and practicing PE is cause I feel I’ve lost my good erections (8-10) they all seem to be like 5-6s now. I’m 27yrs old play sports and workout often. I’m not overweight don’t smoke and drink once maybe twice a week. I’ve had the same girlfriend for 1 year now.
Any help is very appreciated.
