EQ right after PE

EQ right after PE

Is having a lower EQ right after workout (stretching) a sign of overdoing it?

I wanted to edge right after and found my tool to be kind of exhausted. I draw this conclusion due to the fact my EQ was not the greatest.

Some vets? What the hell are you? You’ve been here since 2004 :D

+1 to what he said :)

Although for me, it can be difficult to get to 100% erection after PE. But it is possible. I’ve always thought of that as appropriate.

What I meant is not all experienced guys have the same position on it, and really I think there is a range of responses that still will allow you to make gains.

sparky thanks for being here… BHB thanks for the answer also :D … Good gains for everyone…

I get my strongest 100%+ EQ right after my PE routine which includes 3 hours wearing an extender with constant Far infra red heat that boosts circulation like nothing else.

This probably varys from one person to another. When I stretch, my EQ is not so good the first hour after that.

And how are your gains coming, click?

if this EQ is temporally and happened only after PE session, I think it’s just normal.

As you said, your tool maybe kind of exhausted. I think you will get better as you go through PE, and your penis get used to the stress.

I feel that my EQ is only at its 85%~90% immediately after my PE session. But it is usually very good the following morning, and carries on through the entire day and evening.

I’ve been having this problem too, I’ll have trouble getting hard for a few hours after a workout. I’m pretty worried about this but hopefully it doesn’t mean anything - I really don’t think I’m overtraining.

Same here, TheOne.

Also I find a pozitive corelation between EQ and the level of fatigue. This is a fact that urologists talk about… so it’s normal.
