Is it ok to do it while doing the noob routine?

Edging is generally considered a good idea because it keeps the penis at maximum engorgement for long periods of time. Although there’s still debate on whether or not masturbation with PE is beneficial or detrimental.

Yeah, it is okay to do it on the Newbie Routine, just try to make it last as long as you possibly can.
Some here claim that ejaculating when finished Takes away all that they were trying to accomplish.
I personally am not sure if that is true.
