Dynamic Stretching

I think every stretching exercise I’ve ever seen was static stretching, and recently I tried dynamic stretching which is stretching with some motion. So like, instead of just pulling, move side to side or in circles. Usually if I just pull, I can feel some pressure, but not a stretch feeling like normal exercising. With dynamic stretching though, it started to feel like I was actually stretching my penis out. Thoughts?

I have done that a few times, but can’t really say that it has given better or worse results. Its basically the same as static stretching. I prefer static stretching because I can focus on doing the stretch, where as when I move it in circles or whatever, I sometimes find myself not pulling as much as I should be. But that’s just a personal note. Have you tried tugging? Its like doing a straight out stretch, but instead of stretching it constantly, you tug, lightly, on your dick. It give me a strong stretch feeling and can feel my ligaments getting a nice stretch from it. Trial and error. Just be safe and listen to you body.
