For fear of joining the “annoying questions club,” I will keep this short (link shortcuts always welcomed). I have been doing the Newbie Routine since the beginning of June and current 2 on 1 off, 10min heat, 2 min JAI stretch, 3 min downward stretch, 3 min BTC stretch + 160 Jelqs at 3 secs. MINIMAL-NO results!

My question is.. When are you supposed to know when to switch up your routine? When do you take the Newbie routine and add another stretch or hanging or even clamping into the mix. I know patience is the golden term on this board, but at 4 mos with nothing to show, I think it is time to add another wrinkle to my routine.

I think I speak for all newbies when I say that the ambiguity on PE phases is high. When to move from one to the other? Gradual integration of new stretches or methods (ie clamping) or a full shift into the next gear of PE?

I will sit back and watch the inevitable scolding of not searching the forum enough or using the search bar efficiently. But I can assure you, most stat lines I see of the active members on here are seeing gains around 4 mos and if you are moving the needle even a little bit, it is easy to stay the course or add more advanced exercises. But what about the poor s’mucks (like myself) who are starting to fear the ruler?

I didn’t see any gains the first 9 months so I can only tell you what everyone told me which was to stay patient, consistent, rest, and monitor your PI’s. The gains will come. I have gained almost .5 in girth since starting 17 months ago and ALL of that was in the last 8 months.

I tried clamping around month 4 and for about a month and dropped it until month 8 (is felt to intense at the time) and it has worked well for me. I hit girth through pumping, clamping, compression squeezes and jelqing but I did it all lightly (well for the most part).

I think you should slowly up the time/intensty and monitor your PI’s. Good luck!!

I’m not sure if you ramped your routine up too fast or not. Everyone is different, some see gains with has little as 50 jelqs in a session and get good gains.

And it is early yet to talk about gains. I’m not sure what to say here. How are your Physiologic Indicators?

Also
…and this is key. If you haven’t seen gains at all, do not ramp up your routine drastically. As there’s no way to know what the issue is that is keeping you from gaining and additional stress with no gains is more likely to set you back instead of move you forward.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

+1..

I think most newbies expect the so called “newbie gains” which for some folks like myself (and I believe even Titliest reported) they just were not there for 8 to 9 months. Maybe its just increased EQ and some like myself already started with great EQ so we dont see anything until the actual gains come. The key for “us” is to be patient, meaning stick to a solid routine and don’t try to drastically increase time or intensity in hopes to kick start gains. You will learn , just don’t learn the hard way. We have many test cases who did the dirty work for us. In other words they report these injuries so that we don’t head down the same path. In 17 months of PE I have no serious injuries because I try to go at this with patience. Put the tape measure down and just monitor your PI’s.

I’m new also and I just up the stretches and jelqs each week. With stretching I’ve been trying to “ride the fatigue” like the hangers talk about. I have been doing light stretching on my rest days and trying to stay tender but not overly sore. I’m assuming that means there is healing going on and hopefully growth.
