Does pumping really work?
A while back, I believe the consenses was that pumping did NOT allow PE on a permanent basis. Sure, it looks good after a session but the gains didn’t stick. When I learned that, I kind of just discarded the idea of pumping completely. But now, I’m reading some progress reports and it seems that people have been including pumping into their routines. So pumping does work? When should I start?
My current plan is to do just stretching and jelqing for a few weeks (or months) and go to hanging when lig growth slows. Should I add pumping too? If so, when? I want to slowly ease myself in so I don’t get injured but there are so many methods that I want to try.
