Hi all

So I have been following the newbie routine but I have yet to see good post workout gains. I have been at this for about 4 weeks, with a few times falling off the wagon. How can I make sure every workout is the best damn workout my penis can get?

i don’t relaly know … To me, when my fingers are tired to make jelqs, and i have difficults to keep a good erection, I know I had a good workd. But I’m pretty sure it was not enough, I’m always frustrated to stop my workout oO

I look for a heavier hang with no retraction. If it retracts that means I worked it too hard. If there’s no heavy feeling in the tissue I didn’t work hard enough.

Doing PE is a bit of a balancing act for most of us. Over time, we learn to listen to our bodies and moderate our excitement and desire to do “just 20 more jelqs” with the inherent realization that we’ve done “enough”.
