Hey everyone,

I’ve been doing the basic routine for a couple of days now and I’ve noticed that I feel more of a really strong pull on my ligs when I pull down, than I do when I pull straight-out. I do however, feel a tiny bit in the base when I pull up. Is there something behind that? What would you suggest I do to benefit from those feelings and totally streamline the beginners routine? Any specific targeting?

Just something that I want to get my head around so any suggestions / reasonings would be great!

It is normal. SO and SD will be the most advantegous way to stretch, not because the ligs but because the dorsal side of tunica albuginea is targeted.

Awesome - I really appreciate your response! I shall spend more of my efforts pulling SO and SD.
