Different tug feelings
Hey everyone,
I’ve been doing the basic routine for a couple of days now and I’ve noticed that I feel more of a really strong pull on my ligs when I pull down, than I do when I pull straight-out. I do however, feel a tiny bit in the base when I pull up. Is there something behind that? What would you suggest I do to benefit from those feelings and totally streamline the beginners routine? Any specific targeting?
Just something that I want to get my head around so any suggestions / reasonings would be great!
